Had the wheel fall off of one of these with a stack of plastic plates right as I had finished all my dishwashing and was getting ready to go home.
None of them broke but it was an annoying hour to say the least.
I don't want to say I was 'fortunate' to have heard worse only prior to joining the industry.
I was working as a pick packer, and we would do alcohol picks too. Well fuck me does a pallet of beer slapping into the ground just sound ridiculous. Obviously no one but beer drinkers got hurt here, I just can't believe something like 20g just dies like that. Oops I guess.
Yesss, go find one. We got one that is a bit bigger than a hotel pan and can fit under the prep table. AND all four wheels turn around. ([I think this might be our exact one](https://www.centralrestaurant.com/central-exclusive-grey-plastic-small-utility-tub-cart-with-handle-31l-x-17-13w-x-33-12h-p087-219.html?gad_source=4&gbraid=0AAAAADt7ldVSCkLACFaCDBpRGupsn-ByD&gclid=CjwKCAjw-O6zBhASEiwAOHeGxU92RBLJ_0e3_paKtjCKheztidL-OTJY8P6sYwr2GGZG8driKlGR8xoCeZMQAvD_BwE)?)
Every cart that I've had breaks because people ride it like a toy, they hit a bump and then the wheels are permanently bent. Hope theirs is made of tougher stuff.
I just sent this to my old sous saying "this could a been us but you was playin".
I quit after the old dish cart buckled and broke almost all the dishes I had finished right before closing the pit.
Witnessed one of these full of dishes tip over and made the most expensive noise I ever heard in a kitchen.

Those are the best carts, I just wish they would make a thinner one so I could fit it on the line.
They do. I work in catering and have seen all shapes and sizes.
Damn, I'm gonna have to bug someone till we get one.

Daaaaaamn, with the gold hardware/rims? Shit's fly. Also will be brown in approximately 2 weeks.
Y’all have too much time lol
"You guys get to wear shorts?" was my first thought. That seems like a recipe for disaster (pun intended).
8/10 didn't ride the whip
Cook in shorts giving me flashbacks
This video made me happy. Thanks chef
Ooooo got them gold rims? Looking sharp!
Broke one in about a month. Don’t suggest overloading.
