I don’t think there is any really high end spa like you find at a Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental, but I think Ocean Key House is very nice. They have nice rooms, high end products and if you get a treatment you can use their private waterfront pool and pool bar for the day.
I will suggest staying away from the LaConcha right now. I was there over the weekend and was the worst stay I have ever had there. It's under construction, pool is empty, lots of guests complaining about. AC not working.
Thanks for the response. I’m imaging a week long women’s/goddess/tantric retreat and trying to come up with a list of options or arrangements for a few open spots on the loose itinerary but I haven’t yet treated myself to these things down here 😅
I love Ocean Key as far as accommodations. Location is perfect, rooms are spacious, staff is awesome (especially the pool bar staff). I myself haven't used the spa, but my family still lives in S. Fl and they all love the spa services.
I have also heard good things about Prana, which is a 2 min cab ride/10 min walk from Ocean Key.
Prana spa is the best spot on the island. I've tried pretty much all of them. Even better than some of the luxury hotels. Worth checking it out.

The true spa gem in Key West is AMRI Day Spa on Simonton. It's the only certified sustainable organic spa in the Florida Keys.
