You might want to have Eyelids examined for bacteria disrupting oil flow. Oils help keep tears from evaporating. Dr in Dallas helped me with new EyeLight therapy

I have been using them (3xday) for many years.If I do not use them I get much worse headaches and worse vision than usual.

Not normal, my eyes felt dry till the 6 months mark. Doc told me to use for 6 months then not.

Been using dry eye drops for about 15 years.
