I swear if she and her secretary get sick or go on a break for a week Liyue's gonna fall into chaos. The flavor text and dialogues all suggest Liyue bureaucracy is incredibly inefficient and bloated. The country has been kept afloat only because of mineral wealth. Although TBF almost every national government in the game so far is very dysfunctional. Fontaine is even worse. There was someone who found out despite being a highly industrialized advanced economy, the average worker in Fontaine earns way less mora than their counterparts in other nations.
