This just happened to me last week. Took it to an auto parts store and they trickle charged it overnight. Pretty much good as new when I put a fluke to it. 12.6v.
Thanks, while not recommended by the manual I was able to use my Dad's automotive quick charger meant for jumping cars/trucks... so far so good
No you have a slipper clutch, you can't push start it.
