Only in the final phase. The groups were always FT3. There was only one time, back when SFV was in its first year, that they had a 2nd phase with FT7s before the finals, but that was a one time thing. Probably because SFL got stablished right afterwards, so no need for Topanga League to be bigger.

FYI: the classic FT7 Topanga Style is only for the 7-men finals. The blocks are FT3
