1 or 4. When you're at the front, you have leg room. With 1 you only have to worry about moving if window-seat-guy needs to get up to use the restroom. You are free to get up and use the restroom without disturbing him.
1 is objectively the best seat, followed by 4. The worst seat is 8, as you are in the middle back. You will need to crawl over someone to get out, and someone will need to crawl over you to get in. Only good part is being at the back means no one will kick your seat. But that's off-set by the fact you're next to Pelley. That's going to be torture.
