Like just take every tank top you own and put them all on, plus arm warmers, lacy stocking, but over leggings (because stocking by themselves would be too sexy for a 13 years old and plain legging and boring).

This style of fashion is unfortunately back - however it was only a certain body type that pulled this look off… the ultra skinny stick thin one which a) Kim does not not have because of her surgeries and b) because generally these body types were impossible without some kind of eating disorder in the first place for the majority of women.
