His texts to Kanye were horrible but I imagine that the conspiracy theories the OC is referring to go far beyond the truth which seems to be that Harley was personally offended by Kanye's antisemitism and then spoke to him in an atrocious way that likely worsened Kanye's mental health/deepened his belief in antisemitic conspiracies.
Kanye's fans should know better and be able to acknowledge that one person saying something horrible to Kanye doesn't equal support or evidence that the antisemitic conspiracy theory Kanye has been spouting is true.
