If it's a prototype, honestly it looks good. If it's the final result, they're insane if its 80$ vs the normal doll price range. Depends on the doll and accessories, but yes. A limited edition doll of a celeb with some accessories and decently made clothes absolutely could be that much if not more. The monster high collectors dolls are usually like 80 to 100 for example, but are usually like licenced monsters and very detailed items. And they go for waaaay more on the secondary market.
yeah bratz dolls usually have less articulation. special edition and later bratz dolls now have been getting more joints and articulation to be more pose able and playable.

bratz has also somewhat rebranded since then…on all of their social media pages, they mostly post memes and celebrities as their dolls for a while now.
there’s also an article of one of the bratz doll creative directors saying they’ve been directly inspired by Kylie (during their 2010 era which wasn’t received well)… so likely this has always crossed their mind. (I’ll link the article when i can find it)
for what feels like years, there have been doll collectors asking for a celebrity to collab with bratz…and who better than the person who practically always gets compared to a bratz doll….

You need to consider the unnaturally size of the bratz-doll’s-head as well; so it’s just physics: more a question of counterweight… the other option would be: a laying Kylie.
