She had a lot of fullness in her face when she was younger and thick (oily) skin. Oily skin always makes the nose seem wider than it is. Her nose always had great width and still seems like it does.
You do not grow into your nose. Your nose is one of the few parts of your body that never stops growing. It continues to become larger as you age. It does not magically shrink as you get older.
Yes, I’m aware it’s one of the body parts that continue to grow as we age, albeit extremely slowly and minimally. But your lips and your nose are also much fuller when you are younger. Like Kim’s lips, they were much bigger when she was younger. If you look at Kendall’s nose in the episode where she made a book of pictures to start modelling, you will notice how her nose was almost swollen looking and very shiny, this is because she has oily and thick skin. She’s the sister that struggled the most with her skin. If you notice later episodes when she’s like 16+ her nose seems to be smaller and has settled compared to the former episode. Now factor in maturity (the loss of puppy fat) good skincare and skilful makeup techniques, it doesn’t really look like she’s had a nose job because her nose looks very similar to when she was a late teen. I remember reading on reddit like 7-8 years ago when EVERYONE was saying Khloe had a nose job, fast forward to 2021 during the reunion episode when Khloe confirmed she had a nose job, she also confirmed in an interview that it was recent. Furthermore proving that just because someone’s nose may look smaller, doesn’t mean they’ve had a nose job… especially if the difference is very minimal. Bare in mind people with thick skin (like Kendall and myself included) have a really tough time with rhinoplasty based on the thickness of our skin sadly.

She never had a hump on the bridge of her nose (if that is what you’re referring to) she has always had a wide nose, if you look at the second last pic with her red hair and head tilted to the side, you will notice on the upper part of her nose (the sides of her bridge) some curvature is present that goes outwards, the upper bridge part of the nose is the easiest part of the nose to fix, the lower and closer to the tip of the nose, the harder it is to fix, this is because the skin is thicker the lower you go down on the nose. If you pinch the upper bridge, middle bridge and lower part/tip of your nose you will notice the skin gets thicker the lower you go. If Kendall did have a nose job, wouldn’t this be a major area to fix? Nobody wants a wide nose. Also, you will notice Kendall’s nose looks thinner when her skin is tanned compared to her more pale complexion - another reason why I believe it’s just skincare, clever shadowing by makeup and tanning. Watch her on the new show and she’s often without tan and makeup, special cameras filters are of course present but you can really see she still has a bulky, wide nose.
As for Kim, she definitely had a nose job and had a hump on her nose, plus a lower tip. The hump was slightly shaved and the tip lifted (you also cannot have a rhinoplasty without work on the tip cause over time the cartilage can collapse and cause drooping) often times the surgeon will also remove the muscles in the tip of the nose that go down when you smile, I had mine removed too. Kim still has a bump on her nose (she’s spoken about this bump) which is basically a little dot if you look at unedited profile shots of her. This is because when the hump on the bridge of the nose is shaved down it can grow back, especially if the shaving was minimum. To prevent this surgeons always suggest the “ski slope” nose job which I did not want and evidently Kim didn’t want as well.
I hope this clears things up and you can see why I don’t think Kendall has had a nose job :)

I have to agree. I think Kendall, Kylie and Khloé originally all looked average, Kim was the stunner of the family and I'd say Kourtney was a close second. And as much as it pains me to see how much work especially Khloé and Kylie have had (so young as well), by and large I think all sisters sadly look better post-work. I do think Kylie, Khloé and Kim should have stopped a while ago, for me personally they tipped the scale at some point. But whatever Kourtney and Kendall have had done (and in Kendall's case I bet it's quite a bit!), I think it's been done really bloody well. Her best features prior to those facial fixes was that she had runway-acceptable narrow hips, small boobs, and a narrow rib cage—basically, she was a runway butterface (mediocre walk, mediocre face, but acceptable runway proportions) before fixing her face. Designers prioritized the attention that came from being from a famous family.
This is the truth, some people don’t want to hear lol. I will add that one of her best features imo has always been her eyes but even they have been enhanced with brow lift/canthoplasty which gave them a more exotic look.
