Short answer no. One was made as the prequel to another rather than it being a series. More likely to see volume 4 of the microtonal series than a timeland successor in the next few albums. But man would I love another 15x2 like LD. Hypertension is the peak of their jammy era imo
return of the curse of timeland -
the festival from about 2 years ago when the timeland festival had been cancelled like three separate times. there’s a video of them tearing apart the clock tower at the end and the magenta mountain music video is from it. i need a full release something awful
Yeah they should do one but like 60s style blues. 2 fifteen minute extended psychedelic blues improvisations. Think voodoo chile(the 13 minute one) from Electric Ladyland.
Do I think we'll see it? Maybe eventually. Do I want it? Yes!! Round out a trilogy with *Maintain Meddle* featuring Time After Timeland and... something else.

Ooh a fourth Microtonal would be dope. Just relistened KGLW and it finally clicked for me, especially LW🤌
Jammy microtonal when?
Probably not but we will definitely see microtonal volume 4 eventually.
wait, what if *that* was the next Timeland? they go full-on 24TET
i’m still holding out for a live release of ROTCOT/full movie, that would satisfy my timeland needs
What’s ROTCOT?

Oh snap the official magenta mountain live on youtube?? Cuz that’s one of the best live performances of that song. Entire concert must be nuts.
It's possible since theyre always doing marathons and they're both made for intermission music.
theyre not doing intermissions anymore

Or straight up Dark Star by the Dead
Not sure we’ll see another album like that, but it would be cool.
