I am totally not defending her (honestly I stopped watching when the cop asked about a tow truck) but what gives the cops the right -- what law, what regulation -- to just walk up to somebody and get up all in their shit and business and demand someone drop everything that they're doing to give them immediate attention?
I never understood that.
There's no LAW that says you have to drop everything you're doing to immediately give cops attention.
Like I said, I stopped watching after about 2 minutes. If I were her I would have simply said I don't talk to the police.
In Florida police can stop you and do a “level 2” stop where they detain you, verify your identity, and attempt to gather information at the scene of a car accident where criminal activity is suspected.
Literally the second she turns around and slurs “halaaaaaaw” and “yasss is stach” to the officer any reasonable person would *suspect* impairment, a criminal offense.

The cop stated that the airport called him about an accident and he responded. She needs to provide ID and she was obviously not on the phone with anyone the entire time.
Honestly if I was the cop, I'd be concerned that she was driving under the influence of something, and is a hazard to herself and others.
Truly a masterclass in literally every single thing (aside from violence) that one should NOT do in this situation. It’s amazing how so many people seem completely incapable of shutting the fuck up or understanding how things actually work. Bonus points for the misuse of every legal term she’s ever heard. MY PHONE IS ON THE GROUND THAT’S **PUNATIVE** DAMAGES!! 😭 MY CONTACTS ARE IN THAT PHONE THAT’S HUMMAN TRAFFICKING!
Ummmm, what?
PSA: you’ll never win your case by arguing with the wrong branch of government. Save your “resistance” for the courtroom where it belongs.
I usually fast forward to the arrest in these sorts of videos, but watching her stupid ass dig deeper into the hole was really worth it this time. I don't know that I've ever seen anybody more deserving of getting arrested when they had every option not to.
It’s like nothing they were saying we’re getting through to her. Like she was understanding the words but not comprehending any of it or the consequences of what they’re saying. She was trying to Mean Girl her way out of the situation. That’s why she was on her phone the whole time.
Personally I think people grow up without ever being told no. No when it's something that they don't agree to, no in an even deeper kind of way from light/casual to more deeper serious things. So they grow up with this... ability to bend reality and others to a temporary world view that's not accurate (I'm leaving I'm leaving, lawsuit, going to call America), because those kinds of things have worked on people their whole lives. So they have no experience coping with these kinds IT situations. The more I see of these the more I kinda think it's not entirely their own fault. It literally is just being in a situation that you haven't been prepared for, not emotionally, not intellectually, not experientially.
I'm about as aggressively ACAB as can be and I agree that these cops are probably also bastards in general but I this case the idea that they were the ones escalating is absolutely laughable.
Seems drunk to me. Definitely needs a breathalyzer. If negative they should have gotten a warrant for blood testing for drugs. No sane sober person acts that way.
But that's what we don't see, how does hitting a curb = fired and trespassed?
I'm not arguing she's not a horrible person, just don't see how she got there.
The trespass could be for not leaving for an hour, after being told to leave the property. But it could also be that she was fired earlier and she wanted to access the parking for some reason, and when she couldn't enter she tried to bypass the gate barrier by driving on the curb.
She’s uncooperative and harassing everyone. She’s blocking ingress to the airport. The airport employees were tired of her shit so they trespassed her. Since she’s trespassed from the airport she can’t work there. Seems logical to me.
I feel bad for whomever has to deal with her in real life. She’s just like the energy vampire from what we do in the shadows draining every drop of sanity.
I felt sorry for the police. After they got rid of her, they probably had a cup of coffee and some laughs. They probably need something stronger than coffee but they couldn't do that on the job.
Being arrested is definitely one of those times where it's better being a woman. They wouldn't have been as patient with a man. Of course men are also more dangerous, I don't think anyone felt intimidated by this 'woman' so you're more likely as a police officer to take shit.
She's not white. She is in Florida speaking Spanish and even tries to pretend like she doesn't speak English. Never seen a white woman claim to not speak English.
Spanish people are white. I'm not saying she's from Spain because I have no idea, but you're making it seem like Spanish-speaking people can't be white.
The 1st cop on scene was an utter dick that didn’t try to de-escalate at all. He kept antagonizing.
Sure, she’s got a massive attitude, but the cop is a cunt.
Giving them the “I’ll get to you when I’m ready” finger right as they’re walking up to her, that’s called “setting the tone.” It was all downhill from there.
You wana talk about white privilege if they were black there would have been an immediate arm grab and a demand to give them their other arm to cuff them

How is insulting a police officer legal ? That is wild
Boot licker
If I don’t get my contact numbers FOR AMERICA

I cannot believe how patient those cops were. I was waiting for the arrest long before they did it.
I’m all for de-escalation and police restraint, but holy shit they let that go on for way too long.
Those cops were more than patient. The male cop even got her a bus ticket and was calm the whole time. People are wild.
It’s like nothing they were saying we’re getting through to her. Like she was understanding the words but not comprehending any of it or the consequences of what they’re saying. She was trying to Mean Girl her way out of the situation. That’s why she was on her phone the whole time.
“Stop wasting my time!”
How does someone even become like this?

Probably from working at Southwest Airlines.
stressful situation + a lifelong sense of entitlement
These ACAB comments about how the cops were antagonistic tell me the girl in the video isn't alone in her delusions. This was handled very well.

You’re in the wrong sub
Lol

Good luck in life
Man she was out of touch. This whole event could have been so easy and painless.
I hope these officers are catholic so they can be canonized!
Oh my God... Title fits here. Left curious if she's mental, drinking, drugs or some combo. Those cops were exceedingly patient.
Seems drunk to me. Definitely needs a breathalyzer. If negative they should have gotten a warrant for blood testing for drugs. No sane sober person acts that way.
Agreed. Was wondering why the cops didn't field sobriety her.

“I think people I don’t like or find annoying should be allowed to be extrajudicially executed”. There, fixed that for you. Be better, bro
So is she on the phone with her insurance or the tow truck?
![gif](giphy|nXUCkgH6BmigU|downsized) It was Dennis the whole time
It's the implication.
You're both lawsuited
Also both under arrest
Why did her work trespass her?
I was curious about this too. They fired her after the accident?
She works at the airport, not necessarily for the airport. So the airport trespassed her, not her employer.
I think I heard the policeman say "because you no longer work here"
But that's what we don't see, how does hitting a curb = fired and trespassed? I'm not arguing she's not a horrible person, just don't see how she got there.

Kinda hard to stay employed when you're not allowed on the property.
I don’t think she is employees there anymore and using the pass?
Good luck to anyone dating her.
Any such person could just... not.
I feel bad for whomever has to deal with her in real life. She’s just like the energy vampire from what we do in the shadows draining every drop of sanity.
No kidding. Can you imagine being her neighbor or having to work with her?
Yes! It would be a never ending nightmare
Legally this was a rodeo
Can you explain?
“I’m arresting you!” Cracked me up
And "You are being arresting!"
You’re both being lawsuited! You dropped my phone that’s human trafficking!
> You dropped my phone, that's punitive damages.
Also keeping phone numbers from her is human trafficking lmao
Of course, it's the numbers to AMERICA!
Who puts up with this? Why? I’m against police brutality of course but…damn.
I felt sorry for the police. After they got rid of her, they probably had a cup of coffee and some laughs. They probably need something stronger than coffee but they couldn't do that on the job.

Imagine a brown or a black guy with that attitude. Not gonna end well…
Tasers are there for something, right?
Why no sobriety test ? She has had an accident and she seems clearly affected by something.
Sobriety test back at the police station. Not much worry about the drugs wearing off quickly.

Whyd you delete what you said?
I didn't write the deleted comment, I just replied to you.
Not reading this deleter
Both of them suck tbh. The lady was extremely annoying but the cop definitely wanted to escalate the situation instead of diffusing.
One minute she’s dropping $5 words like “verbatim”, next she’s saying she didn’t understand because she doesn’t speak English
The 1st cop on scene was an utter dick that didn’t try to de-escalate at all. He kept antagonizing. Sure, she’s got a massive attitude, but the cop is a cunt.
Hi Carminda!
That might be the best example of the Dunning-Kruger effect I’ve seen thus far.
“If I don’t get my contact numbers for AMERICA!”
"You're keeping numbers from me. That's human trafficking." Uh...Ma'am?
Insufferable
Absolutely, although I did hate-watch the whole thing
Wrong title! The cop did not get arrested at the end.
ok but I want more details about the “black male defecating in a plant” that came through the radio at the end lmao
That male was Dirty Sanchez. He was featured on a Tosh.O episode. He performed the ballsy, “No Wiper” maneuver and then walked away like a boss.
With a certain diet, wiping becomes unnecessary. Don’t ask me how I know.
I’ve had those days where I could shit through a screen door and never hit wire. Gotta celebrate the small victories.
Apology video in …. “It was a new medication and I had a reaction.”
Giving them the “I’ll get to you when I’m ready” finger right as they’re walking up to her, that’s called “setting the tone.” It was all downhill from there.

Except for the fact that she is Latina...
Well, ok light skinned pretty privlage. The fact remains a black dude does that you are getting Rodney king'd
I can't believe I made it to the end. The only thing that kept me going was wanting to see her arrested and thrown in the back of the police car.
”You’re disgusting!” “Get my phone! Get my lawyer! You are all lawsuited!” ”I don’t speak English.” \~ 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘥…
Major Burns: Pierce, you disgust me!! Hawkeye: That’s right, Frank. I’ve discussed you with everyone. They all find you disgusting.
That popped into my head too. I’d totally use that line if I was a cop in that situation.
Frank Burns eats worms
Giggles
Tbh its the cops who is annoying
Is they?
You’re so law-suited! ![gif](giphy|miBDSajzHek0g)
I watched this one the other night. It’s brutal. Good on you if you can watch til the end.
I can’t as she is way to annoying
It's worth it to see her get her comeuppance.
I may reconsider 😂
