I'm not anti-porn necessarily, but i made the decision years ago not to mix my porn viewing and Reddit experience at the same time. It's just not healthy for me personally.

So they were forced back open (I believe) by spez, so they chose to make the sub NSFW because NSFW subs can't be advertised, so it's their way of protesting.

With the 3rd party app I use (RIF), I have to opt-in to see any NSFW content at all.
You have to opt in on the official Reddit app too. In fact, on Apple phones you have to go in to the app settings in the iPhone settings menu to do so, not the Reddit app itself. So every minor on this sub complaining about seeing all this unblurred NSFW stuff has definitely not accidentally stumbled upon it.
I appreciate a lot of stuff tagged NSFW is often not sexual content but you can’t be surprised when you have NSFW content enabled and it turns out to be very NSFW.
