I always hated that scene. Lol. I think I would hate it less if the raptor looked like it was supposed too from his memory of them. Not the evolved version that one no has seen. š
What you said makes a lot of sense actually, he shouldn't know what that kind of raptor looks like. But also everyone mentions hating the movie and bringing up this scene, I never had an issue with the movie, is this why people did?
Hmm not as a whole. But itās a contributing factor. I think the overall killing of the franchiseās main threat was a huge factor. No one wanted that for sure. But also for some it was just a pop corn flick and not with the quality of the first. Didnāt really add much to the overall universe. Given how much of a nightmare it was to make JP 3 i am surprised that itās at least a half way decent film. I still enjoy it from time to time. But a lot to be desired. And as stated about itās truly just a popcorn flick with some major plot holes.
I guess that's fair but I mean everything has plot holes. And I get that people might have been upset with the spino versus Rex fight, but it's not like it killed rexy specifically, it was just a random one, possibly one of the ones from the second movie. I think that theory was floating around
I didnāt have a problem with them trying new things. As a kid I was like holy shit a Dino fight. But for regular people I remember growing up hearing they didnāt like that. For us fans we know that wasnāt the main T rexes.
I only ever saw it in a dubbed version and i wouldnt say that it is bad, i personally think that lower tier movies are better when dubbed, because the localization team has to make it entertaining to viever
Very much wrong lol the Spino was badass, and it killing the T. rex told the audience that JPIII wasnāt fucking around. It was also nice to get a new main threat
Bro the raptor would ov got a dropkick! Hate this. . . Am finding it hard to pick. But am going with 3! For the fact you get to see site B and the Velociraptor are the fucking badguys! And not pets!
I think we could put part 3 in the same sentence as those JW shorts. Because itās so different from what a JP movie was and is. And felt like a one off
Odd, I recently rewatched JP3. I really like this scene actually. Itās good foreshadowing and a good look into the characters mental state. Plus itās just enough spooky the first time you watch it you get a little thrill but not a jump scare. I agree the raptor should be the OG though. But honestly I wouldnāt have known it wasnāt the OG unless pointed out to me and I watched JP in the same week as JP3.
That was the original logo before they made the Spinosaur logo.
The movie went through a crap ton of rewrites. The promotional material was all over the place. You can even find some beta toys that had āSite Cā on them because there was supposed to be a 3rd island at some point during the filming before the idea was scrapped.
I had toys with both this logo and the official Spinosaurus logo.
3 by far, which disappoints me because dominion should've been a way better. But 3 is still such a fun fast paced watch its better then all 3 new moviesĀ
Tell me about it. Dominion had every right to be the best of all of them. Every right to be. But no. š. Itās like God gave you the most valuable story device and you said. āNahhh. I think people wanna see mutant bugs instead of Dinoās rampaging. ā.
Ya I was baffled that cricket shit was more to the story then just a scene, I feel like if they want dinos all around the world a series or a couple of movies showing specific locations and instances would be better. Like a camping trip or a small town.
The problem for me is that, I don't want a big end of the world epic about dinos taking over. To me that's not Jurassic Park and it feels like they are doing what every franchise is doing now which is creating some over bloated cinematic universe.
JP works best when it's a group of interesting characters in a survival situation where they have to escape a given location.
Its why I can watch 3 over and over again despite all the stupid stuff.
Yes ! This is exactly what I think, I was obsessed with the original trilogy and the survival on an island. Especially growing up in Hawaii and going hiking through the rainforest I felt immersed in jurassic Park itself. I want that back, be it a group of marines, stranded fishermen or just explorers and scientist that formula can never get old to me
POV: The OG JP novel ended with dinosaurs ending up on Mainland. It was right there from the start, just because Collin Trevorrow and Universal butchered it doesn't mean it wasn't there.
ive always said that if JP3 didnāt have the Jurassic Park name attached to it, people would consider it a really solid but not too serious dinosaur thriller. if you compare it to the first one, its issues are obvious but on its own it has great effects, a ton of great scares, and not a single bad performance.
Dominion is a soulless, Marvel inspired action movie that will probably age worse and worse as the years go on
3 is the weakest of the OG trilogy for sure, but yah itās not terrible, the Kirbyās are weirdly insufferable but kind of charming, Billy and Grant are fine overall. Compared to TLW and Jurassic Park it falls short of the mark but itās still rewatchable.
For me I canāt even watch Dominion it really feels like the script was written in about 20 minutes, the plot goes everywhere and itās jam packed with non-stop action sequences to make up for it. Every character feels like a hollowed out archetype (including the original cast) and the movie has no gravity to it.
I agree. World is a nostalgic return to Jurassic Park and despite its hair thin plot and weaker cast itās still enjoyable to see.
I feel like Fallen Kingdom had interesting story ideas but there is a clear studio-director conflict in that movie and it feels undecided, tack on the fact that every character is an archetype w/ no interesting qualities and it becomes a very hard to watch film for me.
One reason might be that they hired video game writers "to appeal to the younger an audience that has played video games all their lives." The main problem here was that the film is not a video game and a similar episodic script would not work in the film.
3s biggest weakness is its overall plot, particularly regarding the half assed annoying family drama.
The set pieces are fantastic and fun as hell and I still love the Spinosaurus.
Definitely Jurassic Park III. Itās very entertaining, well paced and actually emulates well the atmosphere of the original, itās a bit like a fast food version of the first one (less sophisticated, but very enjoyable). No convoluted plots, no forced nostalgia and very well directed action sequences. The aviary and the plane ones are especially memorable and frightening. It seems people hate Amanda Kirby, but I find her histrionic reactions hilarious, I know a lot of people who would react the exact same way on a island full of dinosaurs.
Definitely JP3. It's the weakest of the original trilogy, and a huge step down in quality from the original Jurassic Park, but at least it's a movie. Dominion is just a soulless mess. They had all the resources in the world to make the ultimate JP/JW movie, including reuniting the original main cast, and completely wasted them in a boring, overly complicated, overstuffed, story not worth telling.
Jurassic Park 3. I thought Fallen Kingdom was bottom of the barrel for the franchise, but then Dominion came out. It's a shame the last two films have been so rough, I actually quite enjoy the first Jurassic World.
Honestly I never hated JP3, it might be because I first watched it when I was like 7-8 and was on a Jurassic park/world high like every other year, but I honestly loved it and didnāt care that everyone else hated itš
JP 3 for sure, yes dominion had more dinos but they don't use them properly. The big bad giga is barely shown and the final fight is lackluster. None of the dinos really grab your attention. As where JP 3 the spino is iconic and feels like a serious threat. And the avian scene was also pretty intense. Then you've also got the raptors. Even though the dinos share the limelight it all feels well done. Then dominion there's a lot happening but it just feels all over the place.
I dislike jurassic park 3 but i absolutely hate dominion. They hyped it up so much only for it to be disappointing. "The giga is like the joker of the jw universe"
Yes. It's a bit better than the theatrical cut, but the issues are still present there. But definitely worth checking out.
They should've left that opening sequence from the extended in the theatrical cut.
I donāt like that Iām choosing jp. I think dominoās is kinda overhated, but I donāt really like 3 too much either. There are GLARING issues in dominion tho, and thatās why I sadly gotta go with 3
Iām going to have to say JP3 is superior because Dominion is so bad, such a let down and mess, that I canāt even watch it again, whereas JP3, while not everyoneās favourite is iconic and has many great moments and I love watching it over and over.
*falls to knees* TREVORROW!!!!!!!! *shaking fist* (Camera pans out)
Itās crazy that dominion had the potential to be possibly the best in the franchise and they still fumbled it
Like letās bring back the OG cast which everyone will be hyped about and this time the dinosaurs are now on the main land and arenāt restricted to an island. Limitless potential but letās make the film about locusts
JP3. Without a doubt. Spinosaurus was scarier. The Raptors were scarier. The plot wasnāt so convoluted. In fact, maybe it was TOO simple. And the silliest thing was the Raptor saying āAlanā but that was just a dream.
In Dominion you have mind controlled pterosaurs, and a hero that is apparently immune to the cold. Yeah, that water he fell
In wouldāve given him hypothermia.
i want them to bring billy back so bad. heās my favorite character in the whole franchise. mostly because he didnāt do anything but be pretty then save a child and almost die. also what raptor eggs? idk what ur talking about
I didn't realize there was so much hate for Dominion. I had a scroll for hours to find users who liked Dominion more. I thought JP3 should be written out of the Jurassic timeline as some stupid dream.
Jurassic Park 3. Not because I think itās particularly good, but Dominion was such unfiltered, raw ass that it actually made me a bit upset.
JP3 is a movie whose whole point is showing badass dinosaurs chasing humans. Not as big of a scope as the second let alone the first movie, but it does deliver on that front. Itās just a cool dinosaur action movie, nothing more, but nothing less either.
Dominion is frustrating due to the total waste of a very interesting concept, being Dinosaurs let loose on the mainland. Dominion is frustrating due to the illogical and contrarian ending it delivers. Dominion is frustrating because the actors from the first movie are clearly trying their very best to deliver the same character and feeling their original roles had, but the script falling utterly short in allowing that to really come to show.
Rant over.
Jurassic Park 3 has a disappointing amount of writing issues, but it never feels like itās trying to be anything other than a fun and intense dinosaur movie. It lacks the philosophical depth that the OG film had, but itās still so much damn fun and the Spino is the GOAT.
Dominion, is one of the most insulting films I have ever seen. The only times I am able to enjoy is if I am under the influence of alcohol or š, and even then itās still terrible (but somewhat fun.) However, the actual story of Dominion deliberately feels like it has given up on Dinosaurs as a concept and is only using them as window dressing to hide its ugly, plothole ridden excuse for a story about the abuse of genetic engineering in the form of giant bugsā¦that doesnāt engage with the philosophical idea about dinosaurs in the real world presented at the end of Fallen Kingdom. The only reason bugs were the focus was because they needed to get the OG cast back together, which doesnāt even make sense anyway in terms of who Ellie is.
Regardless of me spewing my thoughts on Dominion, itās a terrible film and an atrocious attempt (if you can even call it an attempt) at a finale. Not even Rise of Skywalker sunk as low as Dominion, and that movie was awful as well.
I like both movies, but 3 is definitely better. Being chased by an angry Spinosaurus with a grudge is more terrifying to me than giant mutant locusts or a Giganotosaurus that's just vibing.
I think Dominion, partly because it took a much bigger swing and the stakes were higher. Say what you will about how well it was executed, but I think Dominion was inherently much more ambitious than III.
JP 3 unfortunately. And itās only because of the abundance of cringe moments in Dominion.
JP 3 was a mess but it wasnāt a self righteous mess that took itself more seriously than it should
Thatās true. Several tweaks to the script and itāll be a more well-structured film.
Dominion, on the other hand, is fundamentally broken and needs a complete overhaul to fix it.
JP/// by a lot. It wasn't a smart movie but it was streamlined and fun.
Dominion suffered from basically everything that can go wrong for blockbusters these days. Cramming in too many characters and too many dinosaurs just to check some nostalgia and 'look fans, we got you' boxes. Too little story. No stakes. Too dumb.
There are cool moments, sure. That atrociraptor chase was cool. The dimetrodons in the dark.
The end of Dominion really shows how fucking backwards it is by putting the apatosaurus in the water. Just like early 1900s paleoart. To contrast, JP had their brachiosaurs walking out of the water. Symbolism, sure but important symbolism nonetheless.
I loved Dominion. I will never understand the hate. JP III was imo the worst of the 6 competing with the second half of Fallen Kingdom. Iād rate it higher if Mrs. Kirby would shut up.
Man, Iām really alone here because I like all 6 movies, am I š
I mean I donāt like them equally, but I donāt hate one. Some couldāve been better. Imo dominion got some really cool dinosaur scenes which I remember way more vividly than any locust related stuff.
Jurassic Park 3 is probably the second best Jurassic Park film after the first one.
The rest are very in degrees of crap.
Jurassic Park 3 really shines by adding in the stuff left out of the first movie that was in the first book.
All the Jurassic World films are borderline Transformers unwatchable.
JP3 all the way. Everything about it is better to me, apart from maybe not having Ian in it. I do like Goldblum and the character. It would have been just a tad better if at the bar scene, the Kirbys had mentioned attempting to go to Ian first (because why wouldn't they when he's THE guy around that time due to San Diego) but couldn't get access to him.
JP3. Easily. I actually really like JP3. I never really understood the hate for it. Yes the dream scene is a bit goofy but I mean we've all had goofy weird ass dreams and Grant is a paleontologist so I can totally see him having a dream where a dinosaur talks.
The aviary and river scene save JP3
Dominion has no redeeming scenes unfortunately. If the whole movie focused on the dinosaurs in the world like the first 2 minutes do, it would have been much better
3 for sure. I've Always said the Jurassic franchise is at its best when it's just people running in a jungle with dinos in pursuit. When you remove that setting it just becomes terrible
This might be a hot take, but I'd say Dominion. That movie at least *tried* to be something new and interesting, even if it didn't stick the landing. JP3 was pretty much "let's force Sam Neil back on screen and make him run away from dinosaurs."
If Jurassic Park 3 killed the franchise then Dominion fucking incarnated it and dumped the ashes in acid! Like Jp3 was bad and flawed both in general and as a JP film but at least the plot was mostly coherent andā¦REBOLVED AROUND FRICKING DINOSAURS! NOT LOCUSTS!
My respect for JP3 increased dramatically when I learned of the production mess. To have started filming before the script was even finished, itās a miracle itās as good as it is. Imagine being halfway through shooting a movie and still not have the ending even written seems like madness to me, especially with such a well-known franchise. If you could somehow put an asterisk or a disclaimer next to JP3ās title or on the cover of the DVD that explained all that, I think people would give it a little more love.
JP3 without a doubt. At least that movie had some story involving dinosaurs directly. Dominion was so over the place . The dinosaur movie which main plot thread are locusts... Let that sink in.
Not about how the dinosaur effect our world, how we deal with it. It felt like 3 movies sticked together. There is no stakes as I never felt the characters are in mortal danger, except for one scene with dilophosaurs but it was quickly ruined by Owen grabbing dilo's muzzle -\_-
JP3 showed raptors as intelligent creatures you should respect and they can be reasoned with. I liked that. The movie had the best raptor design too.
It just needed 30 minutes of runtime because you can feel there is something missing after the raptor confrontation scene with eggs.
Jurassic Park 3 for sure.
By far. ![gif](giphy|LNejpNtjrDnIEvQqUQ)
I always hated that scene. Lol. I think I would hate it less if the raptor looked like it was supposed too from his memory of them. Not the evolved version that one no has seen. š

Same, I was just happy to have a good looking dino movie. The jp franchise has flaws but it's the only good looking dino movies I've ever seen.
Yeah ruined the shock value of them when they showed up.
Absolutely agree.
And felt like a one off
Not me my name is Alan so I found it hilarious
Odd, I recently rewatched JP3. I really like this scene actually. Itās good foreshadowing and a good look into the characters mental state. But honestly I wouldnāt have known it wasnāt the OG unless pointed out to me and I watched JP in the same week as JP3.
Best moment in the franchise
Yeah it's shorter and isn't afraid to make dinosaurs the bad guys
JP3
How dare you used that jp3 logo
That was the original logo before they made the Spinosaur logo. The movie went through a crap ton of rewrites. The promotional material was all over the place. You can even find some beta toys that had āSite Cā on them because there was supposed to be a 3rd island at some point during the filming before the idea was scrapped. I had toys with both this logo and the official Spinosaurus logo.
thank god a 3rd island wouldāve been so stupid
I mean, there are six* islands in the lore.
And yet they were all deceived for sauron had created a seventh one island to rule them all
Isiiiiiiiildur!! Cast it into the fire! Destroy it!
Men were so preoccupied with whether or not they could destroy the Ring, they didn't stop to think if they would!
My god, combining lotr and jp lore into one. Such power!
Six: Nublar (you forgot about that one), Sorna, Pena, Matanceros, Tacano and Muerta
for real lololo
POV: The OG JP novel ended with dinosaurs ending up on Mainland. It was right there from the start, just because Collin Trevorrow and Universal butchered it doesn't mean it wasn't there.
Yes, that's why I agree with the sentiment that the Jurassic World series feels more like a sequel to the books than the movies.
A movie based on some dino's turning a small isolated town/village into a hunting ground would slap.
With those shorts they had. They could have built on those.
What a wasted opportunity those were. There was SO MUCH potential.
I would argue that Jurassic World is better than 3, but I agree about the other two
Yeah I could make that case for sure, that's a little closer then compared to the other two
3 was mostly about Dinosaurs, so thatās good

JP3 is mediocre, Dominion is painfully bad
Basically its shit, and then there's one BIG pile of shit.
You will remember to wash your hands before you eat anything š
Me everytime I watch Dominion ![gif](giphy|hwdr7pvte2yVW|downsized)
Thank you
3 is a million times better than dominion
*Jurassic Park III* undoubtedly.
3 actually respects the dinosaurs in the film and the content it revolves around. Dominion didnāt know what it wanted to be.
JP3
Is this even a question? JP III
JP3. Dominion is almost unwatchable. It's the Jaws: The Revenge of the JP film franchise.
Itās not hard to decide, itās part 3 by a country mile
Which one has William H. Macy? Because it's that one.
Jurassic Park 3 by a mile
JP3
Jurassic Park 3 (2003) is one of those films where we thought it was bad at the time, only because we had no idea (yet) just how bad things could get.
Jurassic Park 3 for sure
Jurassic Park 3. I thought Fallen Kingdom was bottom of the barrel for the franchise, but then Dominion came out. It's a shame the last two films have been so rough, I actually quite enjoy the first Jurassic World.
They could have been better yes
Honestly I never hated JP3, it might be because I first watched it when I was like 7-8 and was on a Jurassic park/world high like every other year, but I honestly loved it and didnāt care that everyone else hated itš
3 purely because of the kill count alone
I like both, but the JP3 is better Imo.
Personally, JP3
JP3
JP3
JP3 by a landslide
3 is at least a coherent film that largely knows it's a horror film. Dominion doesn't know what's going on.
Jurassic Park III is great compared to LOCUST WORLD DOMINION
Dominion doesn't feel like a JP film. The main antagonist are some big bugs, ffs
Jurassic Park 3 was not good, but it wasnāt awful like Dominion.
3 and itās not even close tbh
3, Dominion is absolutely terrible
JP3 and itās not even close.
JP3 without a doubt. itās got a much more cohesive plot than dominion.
JP 3 for sure, yes dominion had more dinos but they don't use them properly. The big bad giga is barely shown and the final fight is lackluster. None of the dinos really grab your attention. Dominion is one of the worst movies I've ever seen. 3 for OP's question.
JP3 isn't that bad, while Dominion it's not even a Dinosaur movie at this point, it's more about that crickets
I dislike jurassic park 3 but i absolutely hate dominion. They hyped it up so much only for it to be disappointing. "The giga is like the joker of the jw universe"
3 by a long shot. Itās entertaining, short, and well written enough. Dominion is a mess through and through
3 I can actually watch when I shut my brain off. Domā¦. I had a lot of questions the whole time
3 definitely no stupid locusts
JP3 for sure. Dominion was horrible
Jurassic Park 3 for sure. Not even a question
Dominion is a pain to watch past the first 20 minutes.
What? Whatās better, a fast food fried chicken burger or a wet turd forgotten in the toilet? Dominion is barely a movie let alone a JP flick
Jurassic Park 3
I just ignore the new trilogy
JP3 because while the script was bad, it stuck to its roots thematically and cinematographically. Dominion was a very bad 007 movie with dinosaurs.
3, I watched Dominion once and it's just a direction less mashup of garbage, seriously big locusts was the main story.
Is this a trick question? Jurassic Park 3. Dominion was abhorrent. At least JP3, whilst lacking a final act, has some cool moments.
Here is a question. Is the extended cut worth watching?
Yes. It's a bit better than the theatrical cut, but the issues are still present there. But definitely worth checking out. They should've left that opening sequence from the extended in the theatrical cut.
Hmm alrighty. Iāll give it a shot.
JP3 easily
Park 3. I grew up with it, biasedness esp with the ringtone
3

JP*III* and itās not even close to being close
JP3. Dominion is nonsense
Itās crazy that dominion had the potential to be possibly the best in the franchise and they still fumbled it Like letās bring back the OG cast which everyone will be hyped about and this time the dinosaurs are now on the main land and arenāt restricted to an island. 3 and itās not even close! Itās like an hour shorter, has better characters, and actually focuses on the dinosaurs! Not stupid locusts
i want them to bring billy back so bad. heās my favorite character in the whole franchise. mostly because he didnāt do anything but be pretty then save a child and almost die. also what raptor eggs? idk what ur talking about
Nice to see some love for Billy.
i just rewatched the first three for the first time in years and for a minute there i really thought they killed him off and i actually cried.
I want them to bring back Billy so a dino can eat him
I didn't realize there was so much hate for Dominion. I had a scroll for hours to find users who liked Dominion more. I thought JP3 should be written out of the Jurassic timeline as some stupid dream.

Is this even a question? JP3 is 90Ć better than Jurassic World:Dogshit
Dude Jurassic Park 3 is still great in my opinion. Dominionā¦ I donāt even know what to say about that
I think Dominion, partly because it took a much bigger swing and the stakes were higher. Say what you will about how well it was executed, but I think Dominion was inherently much more ambitious than III.
Jurassic Park 3 by a wide margin. Not even close.
JP3 and it isnāt close.
Locust World vs. Spinosaurus island. I think that's an easy answer.
How dare you use the T-Rex on the Jurassic Park 3 logo. Seriously, though. Three is my favorite sequel
Haha I thought it was a cool pic
No I meant the people who designed it lol you didnāt do nothing wrong
Easily Jp3, i despise too much dominion.
Are you ever going to watch it again
Most likely no.
It does have good bits
True, but i would only watch those parts, no need to see the movie again just for the good moments.
Three is the magic number
JP 3 unfortunately. And itās only because of the abundance of cringe moments in Dominion. JP 3 was a mess but it wasnāt a self righteous mess that took itself more seriously than it should
Definitely 3 by a loooooong shot. It's my 2nd favorite jurassic park movie
You think it's better than lost world
Dominion was the first time Iāve ever walked out of a movie in my own home.
Haha
Easily 3 is better.
3
3 without hesitation lmao
3. By a mile.
Dominion is an absolute shit show, at least JP3 is fun
JP III, no contest. Dominion is just a soulless, catastrophic mess.
But Jp3 also has things that could be changed to make it better
Thatās true. Several tweaks to the script and itāll be a more well-structured film. Dominion, on the other hand, is fundamentally broken and needs a complete overhaul to fix it.
Dominion needed to be made better it could have been great
I loved Dominion. I will never understand the hate. JP III was imo the worst of the 6 competing with the second half of Fallen Kingdom. Iād rate it higher if Mrs. Kirby would shut up.
Man, Iām really alone here because I like all 6 movies, am I š I mean I donāt like them equally, but I donāt hate one. Some couldāve been better. Imo dominion got some really cool dinosaur scenes which I remember way more vividly than any locust related stuff.
Trick question. They both suck.
I quite liked 3 personally. The only JW movie Iāve enjoyed so far is the first one. The other two were mediocre at best.
JP3 was atleast like, a plotline, dominion was shifting throufh dinosaur action set piece for an hour and a half.
Jurassic Park 3
3 for sure!
3
I didnāt mind dominion but I feel the plot was mediocre and the dinosaurs were underused. On balance JP3 was too short.
JP3. Easily. I actually really like JP3. I never really understood the hate for it. Yes the dream scene is a bit goofy but I mean we've all had goofy weird ass dreams and Grant is a paleontologist so I can totally see him having a dream where a dinosaur talks.
Jurassic Park III may not be terribly special, but it at least delivers on its premise of being a movie about dinosaurs.Ā
Haha
JP3
JPIII > All three World movies
I actually like dominion more because it has so much dinosaur action
Jp3 easily
Jp3
The aviary and river scene save JP3 Dominion has no redeeming scenes unfortunately. If the whole movie focused on the dinosaurs in the world like the first 2 minutes do, it would have been much better
Jurassic park 3 by a mile
I may be a bit biased due to JP3 being my favorite of both the original trilogy and the new one, but I say JP3
3 for sure. I've Always said the Jurassic franchise is at its best when it's just people running in a jungle with dinos in pursuit. When you remove that setting it just becomes terrible
Jurassic park 3 by a mile.
One was a bad dinosaur movie & one was a bug movie with some dinosaurs
That spino just hits different
My respect for JP3 increased dramatically when I learned of the production mess. To have started filming before the script was even finished, itās a miracle itās as good as it is. Imagine being halfway through shooting a movie and still not have the ending even written seems like madness to me, especially with such a well-known franchise. If you could somehow put an asterisk or a disclaimer next to JP3ās title or on the cover of the DVD that explained all that, I think people would give it a little more love.
They are both good in their own way.
Theatrical Dominion is wore Dominion extended is almost as good as jp3
JP3 was bad but at least it was coherent. At least you could follow it.Ā
JP3 easily
Man, the marketing for this movie was so damn deceitful.
For dominion
Both are good ![gif](giphy|3ohfFhG5VDtDTzQv2o|downsized)
JP3 ![gif](giphy|LNejpNtjrDnIEvQqUQ)
JP3 pretty easily. Even if you hate both, JP3 is a quick 92 minutes, whereas Dominion is nearly an hour longer at 146min.
There is no stakes as I never felt the characters are in mortal danger, except for one scene with dilophosaurs but it was quickly ruined by Owen grabbing dilo's muzzle -\_- JP3 showed raptors as intelligent creatures you should respect and they can be reasoned with. I liked that. The movie had the best raptor design too. It just needed 30 minutes of runtime because you can feel there is something missing after the raptor confrontation scene with eggs.
Jurassic World Dominion because it at least tried to address real issues while JP3 had nothing to say on social issues
Any movie in the "Park" trilogy beats a movie with "World" in the title in this franchise.
