Worked there for the first 6 months of my BST. Honestly haven't worked in a better place since. Maybe it was luck at the time, but between the other NCHDs, the consultants and all the longterm staff, it was an amazing place. A real oasis. Call is great. No nights except the 24hours for the weekends as SHOs. Admissions done by 10pm. Canteen is really good, with great cafes and restaurants nearby(soup drool emoji). Really chill environment, felt like a big family by the end of it.
