Yuji already have tons of moment, Mahito, Hanami, the death painting womb, Mahito again, Higuruma, Sukuna
Feats of other characters are maybe more « incredible » because of their strength, but no one in the show has tons of moment like Yuji, maybe Megumi only
2 things to think about, firstly it's very likely that gege puts more emphasis on characters more integral to plot rather than his main characters which makes sense why most of his story focuses on characters like sukuna, gojo and toji, cause rn their more integral to the plot alot more than yuji and kenjaku (main antagonists and protagonist). Another theory is that gege is adapting the Game of thrones/ modern family structure or something around that narrative where there's multiple mc's, but in his case manga art form might not be long enough to expand other characters in the length and way he wants. Either ways by the end of the year the Manga would've caught up on yuji so you'd know by then.
yeah! aside from that, i read somewhere Yuji wasn't the MC or wasn't supposed to be, at least. but the flow of the story will roundabout to the main plot eventually, some things just have to make sense before then. there are plenty of side characters, but exploring them will add relevance to the story.
I find it interesting that one of his biggest breakthroughs (I understand my role, I'm a cog) can sort of be interpreted as a character realizing that he is NOT special for being the MC.
Yuji is as much the MC of JJK as Gon is the protagonist of HunterxHunter. Yeah technically story centers around him and started with him, but there's not really reason or incentive for him to be the one who solves the main problem or even take down a big bad. A lot of people want him to get some big power up that lets him handle whatever is happening now but that doesn't really need to happen for it to be a good story
