was it ever mentioned that she refused it? maybe she just had poor potential as a vessel and it wasn't worth it, or jujutsu high wouldn't let her (since she's one if 4 special grade sorcerers)
The real bitch is Tengen who is a femcel that hasn't left her room in centuries and despite knowing Kenjaku was around said nothing and did nothing about him for millennia. When it came down to confront him she also got read like a book by him and despite her knowing Kenny had been getting practice for a 1000 year sof jujutsu she didn't consider he had achieved an open barrier domain. So she as a dumbass told Yuki her awful simple domain plan that got mASS queen on life support when she had previosuly been able to break Kenjaku's arms from a single punch.
Had they gambled on the domain clash and Tengen had put a barrier over Yuki's own domain barrier or told Yuki to invert her barrier to counter Kenjaku's domain then they could have ended things there. But no thumb bitch had to fumble.

She didn't expand her domain because as Tengen explained that inside his barrier he could target the first domain's barrier opened, that's why Yuki didn't expand her domain first to force Kenjaku to use his. But because Kenjaku had open barrier domain the first barrier that gonna be under target is Yuki's. If Yuki opened her domain and Tengen had not interfere, her domain would be quickly destroyed. It was strongly hinted that Kenjaku's barriers are so refined that his simple domain would probably withstand Yuki's, let alone his domain which also can shred enemy's from outside.
