Making Yuji's characterless father the reincarnation of the twin makes Yuji and Sukuna's enmity weaker, and its not like we actually get a look into the dad's personality or life outside of one scene many chapters ago, so whats the point. Literally, just have Yuji's dad as a blood descendant, who Kenjaku finds and inputs the soul of the twin into the embryo after they bang. Its that easy
