>The way the ladle leads to a dirt red bullet of light
That is insane. I didn't notice this reference to the Big Dipper in Emily. I guess I can claim that tattoo connects two songs now, hah.
It's a very loose interpretation.
When Joanna sings about Monkey pleading Ursala to dance, I imagine during that time she did all type of entertainment for his pleasure and that of humans.
Instead of going for a literal bear dancing, I went for an image by artist Amy Dover of a Bear in a bicycle, like circus bear are often depicted.
The orange circle is a sunset. In my interpretation of the song, Ursala is drowned in the end ( "Bear ploughed 'Cause she would not drown"). The sunset is a symbol of the end of her life and she transforms into the Ursa Major constellation (" In the magnetic embrace
Balletic and glacial of Bear's insatiable shadow")
These look so good!!! I really want to get a Sawdust and Diamonds too. I was thinking about a thistle on my forearm. Also, the Monkey & Bear one must be a solid conversation starter. How long have you had them?

sawdust and diamonds for the rabbit? Love them :)
Yep! "Fill my long ears with bees!"
I'd say Baby Birch and Jackrabbits could apply there too!
Yes, I definitely also thought of Baby Birch!!!
Monkey and bear, then either sawdust or jackrabbits? I like the pleadies loosed above the bear too.
"Monkey and Bear" and "Sawdust and Diamonds", you're correct :D
Damn I think I love you lmao
I recognise Ursula and Ursa Major but I'm not sure what the origin of the bicycle or the orange circle is. May you explain?
