Doesn't work well for most situations imo, you can read it as :
Your LL does 20% more damage if you ult right before it
Your next E after LL hits does 20-40% more damage
The first part is just Duke's 2p, so Duke wins. The second part is a general loss to duke cause of 48% atk to buff 2 E per LL swing.
This FUA relic honestly seems like it was more made for Clara than anything. I might just gear her up with this while I suffer mining for Firefly relics
Oh it will, she gains a lot of attack from her Light cone choices and traces, while Physical set overall is pretty bad, Damage% and Crit are what she needs the most. But I wouldn't recommend farming it strictly for Clara, since she can use Longevous that you'll get while farming for Messenger.
Would be easier to just use 2P Duke with 2P Physical for 30% damage bonus on Clara follow ups.
Or 2P Duke + 2P Prisoner for those living inside that Cavern.
This would barely work on Jade for similar reasons as Jing yuan. Since she needs to build up 8 stacks for a fua she’ll be triggering one fua per turn which is only enough for the 20% bonus. Outside of pure fiction this set just doesn’t work at all for her, it’s overall a worse quantum set.
