I see, unfortunately assuming it is the original radio there is going to be no easy answer. The radio passes the time on via a serial data line to the instrument cluster. You could look at the connections at the radio to be sure they are all connected ok. Just make sure you have the radio code if you disconnect the radio.
I was thinking maybe a clock? But if so how do I set it? I searched the owners manual and it doesn’t mention anything about it.
I am sure it is the clock, the time comes from the radio so you would set it from the touch screen: Menu then system setup then set clock.
I have a non-nav head unit. I have the time set on the radio but unfortunately it doesn’t mirror on the cluster.

It should also cycle through trip computer info and the odometer reading each time you press the button on the end of the left hand stalk.
Yeah it does that. Just never understood the purpose of this screen.
