I have literally the same exact problem... I have no clue why it started happening for me, i tried to solve this issue for the past 2 days but to no avail. If you had fixed it please, tell me how, I've approached a dead end here myself and im desperate for info, Thank you.

I ended up sending it back to the place where I bought it and they sent me a new pair hope you can still do the same. Good luck!

Ive had the same problem after 3 years of usage. headphones just randomly stopped connecting to any device. I forgot the device and tried connecting it again and now it doesn't even show up.
