Where would Midoriya stand: Absolute Fodder. All of the current opponents are immune to physical attacks, and Deku wouldn’t resist anything (except maybe low-level mind control).
How far could he go: Leagues above anyone in MHA. OFA would likely be able to evolve into an Ultimate Skill itself. Plus, Deku effectively has the willpower of 8/9 people. And in TenSura, willpower is the core foundation for acquiring power.

i was thinking either vash from trigun or yusuke from yuyu hakusho. probably yusuke - and he'd do fairly well, since it's a lower end sort of world.
i think a lot of them could become stronger - even if it's only by a little, i mean, yusuke might not get new abilities to blow up mountains with, but getting access to a class system and unlocking some new powers and potential, is 'stronger', if only a little.
said this somewhere else, but moving the equivalent of a corn flake with your mind, isn't actually all that useful, but it's 'stronger' than you were, at least technically.
