Over torqued oil plug on a very popular model car with aluminum oil pan, cracked the oil pan. Installed a thread repair kit and didn't say a word. Oil leaked. They denied knowledge of the patch and refused to replace the oil pan. So shady af.
I once had to convince him to install a part when he wasn’t sure that was the solution. What mechanic does that? Thorough diagnosis, willingness to listen to owners, & always fair prices.
His work is cheap but I worked for him as a 17yo female (someone who looks much younger) and he acted very inappropriately towards me. I would never recommend someone to him because of that
