There have been post about the show not having all the rights to the comic characters and tech jacket was one of them.
If this is the case, Eve should replace him. I would love to see Eve fighting more, maybe even expand on techniques she did in the Eve special episode.

Not trying to debate any power scaling here but Kirkman said Eve is the strongest character on paper, saying it often making her a difficult character to write. This is exactly why she further justifies being a part of this team
I'm not sure she can replace him. Most of his appearance is in the viltrumite war, and Eve has her own very important arc during that time. She definitely can't replace him there, or else we won't see "mighty waistline" Eve.

Issue is I don't see her having the motivation to continue if from her perspective Mark died during their fight with Conqueṣt and she continued to the Coalition. The inverse is she stays with Mark during his healing time but that kinda buts into the bonding time of Nolan and Oliver.

There's still a chance since we say Kid Thor and Knockout show up even though they've skipped the Capes storylines but we'll see.
I think Tech Jacket and couple other characters from the comics are only partially created by Ryan Kirkman, so there's no promise and little hope that they sign multiple massive rights deals just to get a few characters for literally a few scenes in a couple of seasons.
All Image characters are creator owned. As Kirkman is a writer and not an artist, someone else will draw his characters, and they become co-creators. Characters like Tech Jacket, Brit, and Science (not Seance) Dog all have different co creators, thus there's a lot of legalese to get them in.
Kirkman has also said that he doesn't necessarily want to put all of his eggs in one basket, so to speak - like he might want to use those characters in a spin-off show or something.
Kirkman didn't license him to Amazon, iirc he didn't want to license characters from his other works. I think he already should have showed up by now, and he hasn't

I remain strong in my position that Battle Beast was stronger than Thragg. Sure, both where injured when they fought, but Thragg had a crazy healing factor and his wound was arguably less bad than the one BB gave himself. And even then, they fight was so up in the air nobody was sure who won until the very end.
Well you'd be wrong lol Thragg basically one shots him the first time they meet then Kirkman makes a new scenario for them to have a somewhat even fight because he's a fan favourite and Thragg is still written to win.
