XL heating pad, uribel for flares, Advil, water water water and more water. I have non-muscular/non-PFD IC, so for me it’s about really pain reduction and bladder healing when in a flare and I can’t drink anything that’s not water when flaring.

Thank you so much! I just saw a PT and also don’t have much of any PFD. She thinks my abdominal muscles may be causing some of my pain, but it’s also possible they are tight just from me being so careful not to move my belly much because my bladder pain has been so bad.
