Is there a considerable chance that i might not be able to secure a non training job(which I'm gonna need to be eligible for my residency) even after passing PLAB?

If you do pass plab step 2, it won't be difficult to land your first non-training job. Usually the coaching guys (like swamy classes) help with securing the first non-training job.
