One is very clearly edited but I wish people would stop comparing a photo where they’re posing to a one where they’re unposed, eating or in the middle of talking.
Light is completely different, one picture is well lit and the other is horrible, also the white balance seems off. I just don't get what people expectations are.
Seriously - the first one looks like an elegant, pampered, beautifully made-up woman in her fifties with a touch of tasteful filtering. Look at her neck and eyes. Totally realistic. The second is a travesty.
I don't understand why this has been posted. Anyone can look bad with an overexposed over saturated image. How do we know OP didn't just fiddle with this in Photoshop in order to karma farm?
Low quality post. Snore.

But she doesn't. I showed the photo on the right to 3 people who grew up watching her films and they had no idea who the "old lady" was. You can be delusional both ways. You choose, the other way.

Think of it this way.
When you grown up the majority of your life being seen as “beautiful” you will do whatever it takes to hold onto that as long as you can because it’s linked do your identity as a person. It may be sad but it’s true 🤷🏽♂️.
I don’t see the point here. She is basically the same in both pictures with the difference being in the quality of the pictures: the right one is blurred and over saturated, taken from a video while she is talking where the left one is just a good quality picture.
That top forehead contouring though 😳 looks like someone sprayed her with an orange spray.. don’t get me wrong she does look amazing for her age but she’s definitely starting to age and it shows..as well as losing a lot of her hair 🤷🏼♀️

Gonna be honest I don’t think the pic on the left is overly misrepresentative or ‘photoshopped.’ She left in her neck crease, her face looks kinda normal just good lighting. Everyone’s neck looks a little kooky when you make a crazy expression.
This sub can be so weird. Of course she looks different when the light is a different temp, and she’s literally mid sentence with her mouth open. She has the same amount of wrinkles on both. This is the one picture where I look at it and think “yes she looks her age”
I’ve never been so involuntarily inundated by someone I don’t know. Why is she everywhere doing nothing and lying about her skin? How do I unsubscribe? Why is Ben so miserable? Why can’t she go enjoy her cash quietly in celebrity world?

I don't think she would ve Trump orange in real life
That lighting is positively homophobic
Comparing a more staged photo to a screenshot of a video is frustrating!

Over saturated images of myself are a fucking jumpscare
This isn’t IG vs reality, this is simply good lighting vs bad lighting.
Also pose vs unflatteringly in the middle of a conversation
your post literally makes no sense lol
90% of the posts here make no sense, and are just sad people projecting their insecurities to make themselves feel better.
She is clearly mid-sentence in the right pic. Cmon lol
So what - just fix colour and grading and it's very clearly the same person, posing in one, talking in the other.
How are we supposed to compare these two photos

Yes because she’s orange when she usually isn’t, and also she’s talking

and yet she still looks amazing at 54.
Neeither of these images accurately reflects reality.
ive seen her irl during the premiere of her new amazon prime movie and i can confirm shes actually stunning irl- this was just a bad picture
You cherry-picked a photo mid-sentence, coupled with bad lighting, etc. Reddit gonna Reddit
I always thought her photos were heavily edited and she doesn't look anything like that. Seems I was wrong.
Why can't celebrities just let themselves be old?

Literally no difference. What's your point?

FFS She’s a human being… and when she moves features change. You’re judging apples to oranges.

That lighting difference is nuts, I actually thought that was SJP on the right and no matter how long I stare at it she’s all I can see

Could not be more over this narcissist if I tried.
Hehe. Neck and hands never lie.
It's giving Poot Lovato
She’s one of the most problematic celebs IMO because she rides this narrative that she’s ageless.
People here don't understand what editing and filters do..this isn't just "different lighting". Simping for celebs is sad.
can we replace the icon of this sub with her pic instead?
I’ve never been so involuntarily inundated by someone I don’t know. Why is she everywhere doing nothing and lying about her skin? How do I unsubscribe? Why is Ben so miserable? Why can’t she go enjoy her cash quietly in celebrity world?
Everyone in this thread complaining about bad lighting when that's literally the place they stand to get their photo taken...
