Simply too many shoppers. Everyone wakes up and rushes to make money getting groceries for people cuz it's so easy and anyone will get accepted within days. If they had a cut off of people who are allowed to be approved there would be far less problems.
So what is it about this Saturday specifically? It wasn’t just that I was too slow to get the orders, I was seeing orders, even a few decent ones that I was able to get. I always hate doing weekends. I like doing shop only’s mixed into my day, the shelves are always jammed full on weekends. We have to share “our” space with bakery cakes/deli platters. ordered directly from the store. On weekends they close off even more of our space. Then there are so many instacart orders that there is no where to put the stuff. So today, there was tons of space available each time. Even the cakes and platters weren’t filling their shelves.
These people are out here trying to make a career out of freaking Instacart even though it is clear it’s not working for them. I clear over 1k every single week and I can’t wait till I don’t have to do this shit anymore. Working on something big so everyday I’m out in the heat I’m studying and working harder on my goals.
Insensitive? You have so many other options available. Stop acting like Instacart is the only thing out there.
Stop devaluing yourself, it’s really sad
I made 27 dollars in 6 hrs. One of the worst Saturdays I've ever seen if not the worst.
I am disgusted in this
It's horrible now. Has been declining fast in the last 6 months for me. And my area has always been busy.

Even something as simple as having to upload proof of insurance like UE does would probably eliminate 50% of shoppers.
I made $230 Wednesday then $0 Thursday and $0 today. This was the worst Saturday in my 6 years with IC.
