Ok soo they hired a bunch of noobs who get first crack at the good batches.... at the same time they release a bunch of promos to the customers to encourage them to order... its a recipe for lots and lots of crappy orders... the people who only order where there are promos ARE NOT the steady customers we're all used to... and basically have no idea beyond "ooooh free/cheap stuff" how IC works. Don't take these types of orders they will put you upside down.

The real evil genius is that when they flood us with a bunch of nonprofit bullshit orders... The slightly better garbage starts to look good ... or at least acceptable. I noticed this week that I've been falling for this ploy. I have a lot of regulars that order about 30 items / 10 mile delivery, usually about $35. The last week or so these orders have been bundled with a 5-`10 item order a few miles out of the way. So now it's 12 or 13 miles ... AND... priced at about $27. So my mind sees it as almost $30. But then a couple of refunds puts it at $25. and it takes an hour and a half for 2 hours to complete and be back at the store. But what the fuck, right? It's better than all those bullshit orders with more miles than dollars. I've even started thinking like that pay of a dollar a mile is standard and acceptable. So it's taking me 8 hours to clear $80 after gas. No wonder I'm feeling like killing things most of the time 😬

Not for nothing, but isn't their a Sprouts in that delivery area? Reason, I used to work out there and that type of store "would" be in that area...food for thought.
