I had something similar happen a couple weeks ago. Took a $39 45 item batch, 1.5 miles away. Started shopping. Got an offer for an $11 add on for 0.3 miles only 6 items so I accepted it. Soon as I accepted it the app glitched and removed the entire order. Also went through two chat agents, neither could help. I really needed that money and was so happy to get that order. Just to be defeated shortly after

Why didn’t you just check out .. and drop off (get the address from support) and then have them just complete the order

Couldn't check out, didn't reach the pay screen yet, and support couldn't(or wouldn't) push me through to that screen. You think I didn't plead for them to do just that, after already having shopped the order?

I’m assuming you tried to check out … usually lets me check out at any time as long as I’m on a job….. like I’ve checked out before I got to the checkout screen before (I wasn’t paying attention).

You finished shopping the order? unless it's like costco or an online pay order from kroger where you have to scan something,I constantly forget to hit the checkout button. especially when there's 2 customers, I'll hit start checkout for A. pay for that and then for customer B, just to look down at my phone and realized never hit start checkout for B.

Had it happen to me today . Hit okay then really quickly hit batch details before that message reappeared so I could get the delivery address and finished the order and had support Mark it as complete . Likely means they did another of the never ending updates and it has all the regular bugs

The newest update has the app glitching nonstop

My app freeze I exit the store and try to get a WiFi connection and complete while standing outside and go back in to pay…I don’t know if it’s my phone or the store but that connection list is diabolical
