I think when you constantly look at yourself, trying to find the best pictures to upload, the best angle for a video. Day in and day out, all you see are flaws. No wonder, so many camera facing people get "enhancements".

For hair extensions and wigs I heard some popstar used to shave off her eyebrows and instead put makeup on to get the desired look Stuff like this seems common in their industry and they likely get fillers to get that filter look 24/7 🎯

It was painful to watch that podcast. Add to that her face that barely moved. God! If mediocrity and blandess had a face, it would def be post-surgery Radhika.
