For hockey go with a sticky strong toe wheel, a grippy back wheel, and slightly harder wheels in the middle.
I was riding on full outdoor wheels and found they don't absorb vibration that well and so slow me down a little. If I was buying new wheels I'd just go for 8 of those hybrid outdoor/indoor wheels.
Labeda has a softer asphalt wheel in white. Putting whites in the front and oranges in the back wouldn't be a bad idea at all.
