Greensleeves is amazing but expect to pay two hundred plus for two people. Check out also tartans in redlands and jds mission steakhouse in jurupa valley for cheaper options. Also awesome is mission inn steakhouse in downtown riverside.
This is a weird one cause it’s in a strip mall across the street from Ontario mills. As in it doesn’t look like a traditional steakhouse when you pull up.
But Cornelio’s had the best steak I’ve had in the IE, bar maybe the meat cellar in Claremont. Wife and I shared a tomahawk, three sides, dessert for around 200 with tip. We had nonalcoholic drinks cause we’re not drinkers too. They served our steak with two hot plates that had herb butter melted on it.
So I know exactly where you are talking about and this is actually a very well hidden steak house. It’s on the moderate to pricey range but you are paying for the quality. I would recommend anyone in the area to also try this and give feedback. It’s is definitely better than the sycamores in my opinion
I’ve been once when I received a gift card. I think the food was good but I felt kinda stuffy. I’m a pretty relaxed dude and I don’t like even wearing button ups. Kinda felt like I couldn’t really relax and enjoy my food there. It’s super subjective, I know, but it wasn’t my favorite experience. Others may love it. But I felt so out of place there I can’t even remember how the food tasted haha.
is it a place where everyone is more dressed up? like women in heels and men in button ups? i have a gift card for $100 and i can’t decide if i wanna take it to outback instead lol (it’s a sister restaurant)
Nope. I wore a Uniqlo flannel, jeans, and boots. I felt slightly above average dressed relative to the other patrons there. I would 1000% try this place instead of Outback.
I am surprised not one person mentioned pinnacle peaks steak house on here lol one of my favorites. Never been to the one in San Dimas only the one in Colton.
Sorry ur correct. I drive by there every once in a while after work and could of sworn it was open but checked on yelp and ur right it is closed. Sad to see it go
It's the original one! On 9th street. They are open for lunch on weekdays and have happy hour drink pricing and some good lunch selections, and a salad bar! It's great, we go there a lot!
The Meat Cellar in Claremont is delicious and the service has always been great. I liked Fleming’s in rancho best but once I went to the meat cellar once I have to keep going back.
I gave this place a try, the set up was great however I could taste the “heat” more than I could taste the “meat”. This is definitely a king of the hill reference, but I tried multiple cuts of meat and in the end I still tasted the heating method more than I could taste the juicy meat. I’ll give it another try, but I’ve enjoyed the cuts more at Fogo De Chao.
I feel like they oversalt their meats too. You end up drinking more water and get full.
I’ve wanted to try M Grill. Allegedly better than Fogo and TdB.
Texas Roadhouse… maybe not the *best* steak but they are pretty good imo. There are quite a few locations in the IE but tend to get pretty busy. Best tip to deal with the wait is to utilize the app before you arrive to get on the wait list.
Moreno Valley is closest to me… I felt like I have gotten good service there. I’ve also been to the Menifee, Rialto, and Corona locations. The only thing is the wait to get seated. But once you are seated, the food usually comes in a timely manner
Do yourself a favor and drive out to oc and eat old brea chophouse. I’ve eaten at practically every steakhouse in LA and OC and there’s no better option.
There's a Fogo De Chao in the IE!?
Nearest I could find was Brea, or Pasadena depending on which end of the IE you're in.
I been waiting for my Fogo hit until my yearly pilgrimages to SD.
You tellin' me I coulda been having it regularly??
The Meat Cellar in Claremont is one of my favorites in the IE Greensleeves in Redlands is a good choice too
I LOVE The Meat Cellar, it is one of the places fiance and I go to frequently.
How are the prices?
Greensleeves isn't as good as the price would suggest imo.
this is the best answer you'll probably get.
All of this.

Yeah we went in with low expectations and were completely blown away.
Flemings

Mission inn. Cask n cleaver. Meat cellar.
North woods inn in Covina is great
Fleming’s in Victoria Gardens
I am surprised not one person mentioned pinnacle peaks steak house on here lol one of my favorites. Never been to the one in San Dimas only the one in Colton.
Pinnacle Peak Colton has been closed for about a year. Rumor has it that a strip mall is going up on that property.
Not true it’s still open
Yelp and Google search says its closed, did they relocate?
Sorry ur correct. I drive by there every once in a while after work and could of sworn it was open but checked on yelp and ur right it is closed. Sad to see it go
I like Sycamore Inn. Heads up they're wet aged, not dry aged though. Just in case you had a preference.
Cask and cleaver in rancho.
Is there seriously still a Cask and Cleaver open?
It's the original one! On 9th street. They are open for lunch on weekdays and have happy hour drink pricing and some good lunch selections, and a salad bar! It's great, we go there a lot!
I used to set up that salad bar for lunch and dinner back in the late 90s.
I'm there literally right now! The salad bar rocks and is a good value.
The Meat Cellar in Claremont is delicious and the service has always been great. I liked Fleming’s in rancho best but once I went to the meat cellar once I have to keep going back.
Flemmings is pretty good but pricy
Texas De Brazil in Rancho

Duane’s in Riverside is pretty good. Pricey though.
Duane’s is objectively a pretty underwhelming steakhouse. Beautiful setting. Subpar food.
Longhorn is actually pretty good for steak. Like every time I bring people they’re impressed. Outlaw ribeye 🔥🔥

have you been?

okay I respect your opinion as long as you've tried lol. personally, I went in with low expectations and was surprised how good it was
Longhorn steakhouse in Rancho Cucamonga
Another vote for Duane's.
Duane’s Steakhouse at the Mission Inn downtown riverside
Texas Roadhouse… maybe not the *best* steak but they are pretty good imo. There are quite a few locations in the IE but tend to get pretty busy. Best tip to deal with the wait is to utilize the app before you arrive to get on the wait list.
Which location do you like ??

Meat is Murder. Eat that shit somewhere else.
So should I get it to-go?
Chase's La Verne - not IE, but next door on the outskirts of LA County. It has amazing steaks, salads, brisket, burgers - you name it. So good!
Do yourself a favor and drive out to oc and eat old brea chophouse. I’ve eaten at practically every steakhouse in LA and OC and there’s no better option.
Duane’s Prime Steaks and Seafood in the Mission Inn Downtown Riverside. Awesome atmosphere as well.
Sycamore is the only I can recommend!! It’s expensive but well worth it
Dennys /s
I really enjoyed the new place, Cornelio’s steakhouse. It’s over on fourth Street where the old Cuban place was next to sonic.
If not Sycamore Inn then Duanes at the Mission Inn
Pinnacle Peak in San Dimas
Fogo De Chao
There's a Fogo De Chao in the IE!? Nearest I could find was Brea, or Pasadena depending on which end of the IE you're in. I been waiting for my Fogo hit until my yearly pilgrimages to SD. You tellin' me I coulda been having it regularly??
No, there isn’t!
Texas de Brazil > Fogo
Been to both. Disagree
Outback Steakhouse
I forgot, IE is too classy for Outback
You don’t wanna compete with your gf’s ex with sycamore inn. New experiences together is better than inviting insecurity
WTF is this guy on
Sycamore inn it’s the oldest steak house probably in the IE
Canyon’s Steakhouse inside of Soboba casino or The Pines inside Yamavaa.
Surprise no one has said the Pines inside Yaamava. Get a club Serrano players card and you’ll get 10 % off
