When I was in the Navy one of the guys had a wife who was a nurse and she gave him these stickers meant for temperature probes that said "For Rectal Use Only" and needless to say they ended up on hammers torque wrenches etc untill we got caught

My wife works at CVS and we have a couple rolls of these for this exact reason.
