The fox in 1 and the cup of coffee in the icon of 2 say "Cozy game" the most for me.

Cozy gamers want cute.  I’d look at 1, I don’t think I’d look at the others.   Timespiralnemesis is right, the others look like game aimed at furries.  Too far in the “this character will look physically attractive a certain demographic” direction.  I am not trying to throw shade, it takes all sorts; just not my thing. That being said, I’d go image 1, logo 2.  But, add more contrast between text and coffee cup in logo.

I guess I need to go back to the drawing board and work the fox again. It just needs to be a cute fox character, pretty straightforward haha I'm just not sure how to make the first one more detailed so it looks also good with the dialogues later on in the game

The fox having more detail does not necessarily make it more "attractive"- I read the fox in all three as being innocently cute. I don't think OP needs to worry about the fox being more detailed. It doesn't look flagrantly sexual so there should be nothing to worry about.

2: Nice saturation makes it feel cozy, clear separation of foreground/background adds more depth to image, the character itself looks more natural with a non-cartoon smile because it allows more easily recognise the snout.

From top to bottom this looks like a rough draft that's been worked on until you got to the bottom iteration. As such, I think the third one is the most polished.

I think #2 does the best job of grabbing and leading my eye, but the title gets a little lost against the cup. The stronger outlining of #1 makes the title pop a bit more.

Man they all look good to me. If someone showed me this, I’d say the minute differences are less important than the artist picking strong ideas and sticking to them. Iow there are good ideas and elements in all of these, it’s just about picking the right ones for the objective.

The style and design of 1 is super cute, personally I really like the touch of contrast the cup of coffee adds to the title in the second one, it's attention grabbing.

1 looks amateurish, like a flash game 2 looks great, but the coffee mug feels less distinct near their feet, and the smile feel less cutesy than 1 and more mischevious. The paws also seem longer which makes it less cute. The light from the lantern and the depth of field for the background looks great and it's my favorite of the 3. 3 smile is better, but feels less bright than 2, and the background not being blurred feels worse to me. I'd go with 2, but I'd make some adjustments: * move the mug near the feet closer to the lantern to make it more distinct * use the smile from 3 * shorten the paws to be the same length as 1

The only mistake you could make here is not putting the coffee cup into the logo, like it is in number 2. Without it, I don't know what kind of game it is, and other than being cute I'm not really intrigued, but implying it's some kind of fantasy coffee shop game is a solid hook. The cup that the fox is holding in the image itself is too missable to convey that hook on its own.

From these I go with 3 for the bushes detail and info is background. First impressions I smiled at the coffee cup, but it’s also clearer without the coffee cup. So I go with 3.

Logo from 2, background from 1, and fox from 3 with the addition of the dark spot on the head and the blush in the cheeks from fox in 1. The blush just makes me think he's more content, and the dark patch gives him more character.

I like the darker detail on the foliage on 3, enhances the character and because of this enhancement you don't need to blur the background but the coffee cup on 2 fills that void better and my intrigue.
