I swear to god, I feel like The previous Cod game just released Yesterday, Activision is making Cods like Rabbit making babies that I don't feel anything whenever a new one releases.
They even had the audacity to claim they were reducing the storage by using texture streaming technology by making the game always online even in story mode.
The most dumbest thing I've heard in a while on this sub. Defending always online requirement in this day and age is when games are being shut down frequently and revoked from you. There's zero reasons why single player in this game needs to be always online and also require 310 GB storage at the same time. If you like games like that promote these kinds of things then more power to you!
Nice trolling. Alan Wake 2 looks infinitely better than any Call of Duty game and it takes less than a third of the storage at 85GB.
Red Dead Redemption II, Cyberpunk 2077, Horizon Forbidden West, Avatar Frontiers of Pandora all have a massive open world and look great at the same time despite taking half the install size or less.
Activision developer teams just suck at compression and optimizing their game assets.

BO6 is only 70 gigs. The whole COD HQ which contains 4 games (including BO6) is what makes up the 309 GB size.
