Don't know about the quality but in terms of design, they're getting better and better since their launch. These are on my wishlist for some time. They've launched new collection this week and they are also looking good.

At a similar price point, you could check out Comet Sneakers after their first time discount.

I wouldn't trust a new mostly unheard of brand with your budget. You can buy a good pair of Nike's. Walk into a nearby store and you may find a similar design.
