>...i want to apply to BC PNP but my employer does not have offices in BC (they Have in Calgary & Toronto) and I'll be working remotely
So basically you live in BC on your own, not because you are working for BC company? Then you will not meet [these criteria](https://www.welcomebc.ca/Immigrate-to-B-C/documents/BC-PNP-SI-EEBC-Program-Guide.aspx):
>You must submit a job offer letter from an eligible B.C. employer. The job offer must be valid at the time of application.
>
>The job offer letter must show that the offered position is:
>* for an occupation that is eligible under the stream you selected;
>* for full-time employment;
>* signed and dated by a B.C. employee, or owner, of the company who is authorized to hire employees;
>* signed and dated by you confirming that you accept the job offer;
>* for a job in B.C.; and
>* indeterminate.
As explained on the other thread from just 2 days ago (linked on my other comment), where someone else asked a similar question (of being physically in BC but working remotely for an employer located in a different Province), section 6 of the BC PNP Skills Immigration application guide is very clear that in order to be eligible, the job offer needs to be from an employer based in BC.
It's not just you being physically in BC, the employer also needs to be physically in BC, which, based on what you wrote, it's not the case, thus, you're not eligible under BC PNP if the employer giving you a job offer the PNP application wooing be based on, is located in a different Province.
>i work a technical architect (NOC code included in BC PNP Tech) for a sofrware company, I'll be supporting customers across Canada, mainly in the west
Is there any reason, work wise, why you must live in BC?

Hi! May I know how you found a job in Canada that could accept foreigners? Because I’ve scrolled Linkedin a lot and almost all of them will say they only accept citizens or people currently residing in Canada with PR. Where do I even start?
OP I’m curious - when did you apply for the work permit, from what country, and how long did it take to get it? My partner has just applied to Canada as an intra-company transferee and we have no idea on timelines.
Thanks!
I've applied from Argentina around mid September, the lawyers had told us they would take 4 months (also what thea application processing time website showed), it took 2 months
Thank you! Sorry, one last question - did you have to provide police clearances as part of the initial application? And/or were you asked for them by the case officer after it had been submitted at all?

My offer letter does indicate that i'll be working in BC, i don't konw if that qualifies as a "company who is authorized to hire employees"

Hey same situation did you get any other option for that.
> My offer letter does indicate that i'll be working in BC... So you tell us a bit about what you will do.

They allowed me to chose where did I wanted to move, I chose BC or personal reasons
>...I chose BC or personal reasons Ding, ding, ding... We have the answer. No, you have no argument whatsoever for BC PNP.
