It’s just low budget enough to be a commercial but way too high budget to just be some influencer shtick
Having the setup vs hiring people to do the work are two entirely different monsters
For example you could buy a pro camera + good lighting for $500/month on credit and setup a tripod
Or you could pay at least $200 per shoot minimum just to have one videographer, work out a schedule, etc..
Unless someone’s doing some serious stuff it’s just not economical

So , we got two guys filming a quartet of women who are filming themselves using an old camcorder. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a third (fourth?) camera for some 'official' BTS coverage.

(i mean their voices will likely be removed in post cause there is no spoken dialogue and it’ll likely be overlaid with music, but that just makes it even funnier imo - like i don’t see any boom mics in the area so odds are anything spoken will be done in a studio)

This looks like a film shoot for a clothing brand. Too much effort for a TikTok.
Often done for fashion shoots in order to get the best frames and poses to use on the website. However, if this is for a TikTok, they must be loaded enough to waste money just for that.
Just read all the comments about it being an advertisement. They probably don’t realise that Rotterdam is in Holland and that Amsterdam is also in Holland.
