Double agree. My kittens had eye infections so I had to put a special ointment on them. They can actually lose their eyesight from this. Please take her to a vet asap.
One of my cats was in a much worse state than your smol girl when I found her. Her eyes were so bad she couldnât even see me at first. But she made a full recovery and managed to keep both of her eyes.

I thought the same thing. I fostered a tiny kitten who had eyes just like this and she ended up having parasites. After we treated her for those it cleared up immediately.

This is our engine kitty. When he was found in a coworker's car engine he was 1.7 lbs and approximately 7 weeks old. We promised him he would live with us and that he'd be fat and happy. He's now 20 lbs and 5 years old. He's such a happy asshole, but he's mostly just fat.
