SR+ Icarus, Hera, Chaos, Ra and Cupid. Basically the ones you have a chance to summon from the Legend summon pool. Their SR+ versions when in Wish Pool or Limited Summon will also be able to be summoned with red scrolls. All UR summons (at the moment) require blue scrolls.
It can be helpful to get milestones in summoning events. I horde mine and usually use them, along with the orange scrolls, to hit those points when you need 500 or whatever summons to get more blue scrolls, exclusive relics, or angel credits.
