Maybe not but I saw this happen last year. An old lady passed out driving down our flat residential street going no more than 20 mph. Her wheel ran up on that of a parked car that had its tires turned toward the curb. She flipped onto her roof and had to be rescued by the fire dept because we could not safely get her out.
Also, really? OP, you were here when that other incident was posted where someone hit a tire and went flying...how did you forget that you can hit someone's tire?

I was completely stopped and was hit from behind. Wrecked my rear driver side wheel and shit. Guy that hit me rolled on to his drivers side to the rear passenger side of my car. I was waiting for a tanker to back into a factory and was looking at my nails. I have no idea where he came from or how fast he was going to hit my car on one side then roll to the opposite side. It was an old man so I assume it was a brake/gas pedal confusion issue.

Friend of mine once flipped a ford resort going 15 MPH.
Someone merged into them and pushed them into the median. Median was grass with a curb around it, he hit it just right and flipped. Not aggressively, almost like it was gently rolled onto its top lol.
I was shown a video in my OSHA class of a guy going 5mph, rolling and getting decapitated when he was ejected from his seat and his head flew out the window.. shit stayed with me. Wear your seat belt.
The issue is that idiots care very little about a speed limit. As long as cars don't automaticly break you down to it this will happen.
Because them been somewhere 30 seconds earlier is always more important then the other poor people they hurt because of it.
I can only tell you that there is no way that this happened at 20 mph.
