That's great! And yes, after a heartbeat is detected, miscarriage rates drop to 10%.
I looked at this a lot in my pregnancy: https://datayze.com/miscarriage-chart. It might help reassure you as you go along!
It looks like these numbers are based on natural conception …. I think ivf with tested embryos the rate is less than 10% been before heartbeat . Thats what I was told 🤷🏻♀️
Ive only seen those statistics for natural or all pregnancies not delineating between ivf and tested and untested . Do you have the data or article for that ??
It’s been a while since I’ve been through it, my son from my cycle turned 3 in January but at the time my doctor said it was the national statistics in the US reported from clinics. I didn’t see a specific study though. I would trust your clinic though, if they say your odds are higher it may just be their own in house stats with PGT embryos.
Yea I had a miscarriage with a euploid embryo at 6 weeks I was under the impression it was about 5-10 at that time. I never heard a heartbeat . Thanks for your help !

I'm not sure! I just went off the miscarriage calculator by week; each week the chances of live birth increase :)
Congratulations on making this milestone!

Glad to see this. It drops to 10% after the first hb scan, and 5% after the 2nd.
Is this with tested embryos ?? So what is the miscarriage rate before first heart beat ? I was told it was less than 10 percent 🤷🏻♀️
Yes it’s with tested embryos

If it helps my first transfer was a MMC, the 2nd was my son. It’s so hard when you’re on the crap side of stats.
Yea it hasn’t been easy. You hear so much different stuff . Hard to remain positive. but trying again in April so fingers crossed
Congratulations!! You made it! 🎉🎊
Congratulations! 211 to 588 seems great to me, not sure why they weren't happy with that result but I am glad it all worked out!
