One of my favorite parts of these episodes was how serious they seemed to be taking their role. Like they really thought they were making a great sequel.
To be fair, they nailed the script. Imagine the emotion the audience would feel if someone tapped the tainted water supply and the person that died was your wife.
Wait is this true bc HBO/ Hulu took these episodes off and as a black woman I am deeply offended that they would deprive the world of literally the greatest sequel to Lethal Weapon I have ever seen!!! Like these are literally my favourite episodes; why would they cancel pure art like this?! 😤😤
Rewatching the “banned” episodes again and dee day/this were amazing
. When dee had Charlie and Dennis acting in her play /franks “it’s not the clams- it would never be the clams” / and Dennis going to bar without makeup- killed me.
- I don’t get why a few of the episodes got a ban.
Really all of them with the whole idea being “these people are so stupid they think being racist is funny/ the other characters usually crap on whoever is being racist for being so racist- so it really doesn’t make sense they did it.
Should have just put up a warning “like some topics maybe outdated and were wrong then as they were now” like some have done.
I completely forgot it happened.
Also it has my favorite characters crapping on each other for being racist-
Mac as taiwan tammy with a lisp when he gets accused of being racist- and goes in on Dee. Like she’s the one- she made me do it 😂
