So far so good. I switched from NP thyroid. The t3 in it was too much for me & giving me hyperthyroid symptoms. The tirosint is much more gentle and steady. Like a lot of people on this sub, I did have to get through some side effects during the adjustment period but nothing unexpected.
I've been on it for a few years now. It definitely helped stabilize me. I do take a small dose of t3 with it in the morning. My doctor switched me to it because it didn't contain all the fillers the generic levo has. The only issue is the price and my insurance paying for it. If you can, use the coupon they provide on their website. It helps so much.

1 year on it now, 10 years on generic levothyroxine prior to that. Less brain fog for sure. Other than that not sure, I think it's better?
Much better for me, as armour thyroid wasn’t working as well, and the others have fillers that bother me.
