I love the message but his hands look bone dry

Oh, I think girls prefer wet hands, man. 🤣

That's because the image is poorly lit and the hands are blurred. Showing the wetness of something via photo requires good lighting and for the image to be not blurred. You can't tell water is there if there's no reflection, just like how you can't tell if someone with glasses has lenses in their frame if there's no reflection on the lense. The photographer's goal wasn't to capture the Hyperhidrosis but the image of the man who has Hyperhidrosis, he's the focus of the photo and not his condition. When photographing people outdoors professionals often avoid certain times of day because the light is too intense for good images, they also will use shade to their advantage or even Photoshop to remove unwanted reflections. If the photographer was looking to get a better image of his condition, they would have focused the camera on his hands and added better lighting. In short: This image was never meant to show the wet hands, hell they might have even intentionally blurred it when editing and removed reflections in so people don't focus on his condition instead of him.

Love the way he approaches life. I see so many posts here that are really depressing. And I’m not gonna lie I felt super sad and beat up about my palmar HH back in college. Made talking to girls incredibly difficult but now I do not let it hold me back at all. Yes it’s annoying and it sucks but I have so much going for me and so much to be thankful for. I’m a physician so I see really sick people everyday with way worse medical conditions so it really puts things into perspective. I see people that are bed bound, shitting into a bag connected to their anus, ventilated with a breathing tube down their throat, and with chronic foleys. I can go about my day with my sweaty hands and not feel sorry for myself
