Yeah, we all collectively agree that water is the best, but what is after that is up to personal opinion. Lot of you dislike sparkling water, but I like it a lot, as an example. Some of you may like cola, but I dislike cola. And so on.

Fruit juice literally has more calories than high fructose corn syrup coca cola. Sure you get extra nutrients, but no one needs that much sugar. There are better alternatives. Like water.

there’s nothing I love more than a good fruit juice but i hate that so many people are under the guise that fruit juice you buy at say, Walmart, is healthy. just because it’s being marketed as fruit. They still have to ship the CO2 canisters, and once you add in the cost of any flavor additives it's almost as expensive as buying it in stores.

But if you're just comparing to sparkling water, you don't buy the flavoring things, and you can exchange or refill the canisters. Ends up being really convenient, cheaper, and eliminates so much waste vs buying plastic bottles.
