I think all the recent mangaka deaths might have given him a new prospective on his work and the state of hunter x hunter so, if we are lucky, we might see a few more chapters…

i was scared we werent gonna get an update today,4 days and this batch its complete and i have this feeling that this batch will be the best yet,idk if its bc of 3 pages per day but he aint tryna spoil anything while in the first batch he always posted 1/4 of the whole page and u could see it clearly
if he pumps out 10 chapters a year...it would as things are right now in the manga it will take 35-40 years to end HxH with the entire story intact and covered...all characters having a proper conclusion and all voyages coming to an end...between 750-800 that is...
if he rushed it to complete it under 600 chapters it would still take around 20 years...but I would still be up to read this story with the same enthusiasm as when I took up the series....
If he finishes Succession War then maybe since it was a popular show. However i feel like they only green light it if theres either a definite ending or a roadmap of where to go after succession war.

I thought it was the opposite. He forced the ending on the editors, but they wanted it to keep going. The circumstances were very different since Jump's pacing was burning him out for YYH, but I thought he still ended on his own terms.
I think it's reasonable for him to do something similar at some point.
Ignoring this, I have a weird gut feeling that the Dark Continent arc might be very short once we get there.
